Need someone to take over my contract
I no longer want to live in the student accommodation purely because I have spent --8 years-- living in student accommodation + boarding houses
Original price is £230 pw, the price of my current contract is only £210 pw + a £300 laundry gift card!!
Bills included, flexible start date
Main building first floor, 3/4 double bed + wide and steady study desk + billboard + plenty room for storage
24 hour secutiy + lockable bedroom door
Four people sharing one kitchen. Flatmates are very friendly.
Lidl, Co-op food within 5 mins walking distance
3 mins walk to Haymarket train station (But you cannot hear any noise from the trains in the room)
15 mins bus to GS (comes every 4 mins), 30 mins bus to KB
There are many restaunrants and shops nearby, while one will not hear almost any noise at all from this room!
If you are willing to take this room, it would be of great help for me!
