Very nice and bright flat on Leith walk, with many kinds of restaurant (pubs, Japanese, Indian, Turkish, Italian, ...), grocery stores (sainsbury, tesco express, ...) and the Edinburgh playhouse within a few minutes walk. The central campus is 20 min away by foot, and there is lots of busses stopping 2 min away from the flat - including those going to both university campuses.

It is a 2 bed/1 bath (I occupy the other bedroom) on the third floor (1=ground) with a comfortable living room and a small study/work room that you could use to your convenience - my previous flatmate was the one using it.

Both students and professionals welcome, as long as professionals agree to pay for the council tax - I am a PhD student.

I am looking for someone clean and responsible, who would not use the flat to host frequent parties - I started the last year of my PhD ^^
As for me, I am a 28-year old French PhD student at the University of Edinburgh. I took up some sports this year - karate and table tennis - and otherwise prefer calmer activities such as movies, restaurants, books, games and so on :) I am always down for a chat but will certainly give you space and privacy.
