I’m moving out of my flat and urgently looking for someone to take my tenancy at a reduced rate in private student accommodation. It’s got a double bed and an en-suite, plus you’ll share a large kitchen with some lovely flatmates (3 girls ages 21-23).

The room is in Portsburgh Court (Gold/En-suite). It’s a just around the corner from Grassmarket and has a city view facing south of Edinburgh. All bills are covered by the rent and the tenancy lasts until the 23rd of August 2025.

The accommodation has amenities like a game room, lounge, study space, wash and dry room, gym, and 24-hour reception. It’s original price is £309 a week, but I’m letting it go for just £215! Drop me a message if you’re interested!
