Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at this lovely flat in Polwarth which I share with two other flatmates. They are both female and students, both in their final years of study so for council tax reasons would prefer another student either 4th year of undergrad or masters/PhD to carry on the lease until summer.

If working will need to be prepared to cover the cost of council tax.

The room has its own en-suite and view of the garden.

Great location for buses with 10 and 27 right outside and fountain park a short 10 min walk away. Bruntsfield and holy corner is also 15 min away so lots of shops in the area. Also the 38 is a 15 min walk away for transport to Kings Buildings campus.

Rent is £732 + bills (usually around £60) and move in is pretty flexible from November but has to be before the 22nd as that is when we pay rent.
