Double Room with En-Suite Bathroom Available for Sublet – Flexible Dates!

Are you looking for a cozy spot in Edinburgh with easy access to the city centre? I’m subletting my double room with an en-suite bathroom, and I’m open to flexible sublet periods, ideally starting in January or February. Minimum stay is 2 months, but I’m happy to consider anything from a couple of months to a full year.

About Us
You’ll be sharing the flat with my best friend and her sweet (but initially shy) dog, Frania. Frania can be a bit anxious with new people at first, but with time, she’ll warm up to you and be a lovable companion. We’d love for you to meet both of us—and Frania—before moving in to make sure it’s a good fit.

City Centre Access: 15 min walk to St. James Quarter and Princes Street

Leisure: 15 min walk to Leith Links, 25 min walk to the beach, Lochend Park just around the corner

Shopping: Lidl and Sainsbury’s within 5 min walk; Meadowbank Shopping Centre and bus connections throughout Edinburgh just 5 min away
