You can cook on our beautiful Aga, (or our regular cooker, if you prefer), and eat in our large, bright dining room. You may also use the living room and private garden when the weather allows. The owners are Married & live-in with two other lodgers and a friendly Labrador who loves a good cuddle.
Located right on Bruntsfield links (golfers take note!) and The Meadows. Great location for easy access to Edinburgh University and bus links to Gogarburn and the Airport. 10 minute walk to Old Town & castle. Excellent restaurants, bars and shops, as well as great Bus links at the end of the street. Independent coffee houses, shops, local supermarket - 2 minute walk. Easy walk to Princess street and in other direction to Brunstfield village and Morningside with their myriad of bars/independent shops/restaurants. This is a friendly & safe neighbourhood, dynamic and diverse. Nearby is the famous Cameo picture house, Bennets bar, Kings theatre - all less than 5 minute walk. Usher Hall 10 minute walk. 3 excellent gyms/spas nearby with many people out jogging/training on the park. Being close to the city centre whilst enjoying the beautiful Meadows right outside the door, its a real treat
