A flatmate of ours is moving out, so we're seeking replacements for her in our flat in the city centre, by George Square and the Meadows.

The flat is occupied by three friendly flatmates, two PhD students and an MA student, all at UoE (2 male, 1 female)

The flat has a large kitchen, a washing machine, 2 bathrooms, and separate toilet, though no living room. The room itself is really big, and actually consists of 2 separate areas - your private living/study area with a desk and sofa, and a sleeping area with double bed. It also has loads of storage. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice, it's a great size and standard for the price!

Bills (including internet) tend to total around £25 - £40 per month per person.

We're pretty much exclusively looking for students, for the council tax exemption.
