We live in a bright, spacious 5 bedroom flat overlooking the Meadows in Tollcross. One of our flatmates is sadly moving out so a room will be available from 13 July.

The high-ceilinged bedroom at the front of the flat, over looking the meadows, has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and built in cupboards. The occupant of this room will share a bathroom with one of the other flatmates. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen and separate living room also over looking the meadows.

The current constitution of the flat is 4 guys and 1 girl. We are a mix of 3 professionals and 2 PhD students. We are keen to find a new housemate who is a good fit for the flat, who will enjoy spending time with the other flatmates and who is also clean, tidy and considerate.

The rent is £430 p/m including £40 council tax and the bills are normally around £20-£35 each.
