As my current roommate will be moving out in January 2025, I am looking for a new female roommate. Property is located in Haymarket, it takes only 10-minute walk from the train station and Princes Street. There are tram and several bus stops near the property, and the transportation is very convenient. Starbucks and Sainsbury's are nearby. Very safe and quite. There have large windows in the living room and bedroom, when you look out onto the cathedral opposite the property, you can find the view is very good. There is a huge living room with TV and PS4. The house has a dining room and storage. We share bathroom and kitchen. The price is 1000 pounds/month, excluding bill. The lease expires at the beginning of June, and I have decided to consider renewing the lease from June.
