I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely two-bedroom flat-share in Fountainbridge, EH11 1AX, starting by January.
🏠 About the Flat:
Two-bedroom flat.
Toilet room, shower room, and a kitchen/dining room.
Fully Furnished.
Just a 20-minute walk to Edinburgh Uni’s main campus and a short bus ride to Napier University.
💷 Costs:
Rent: £1,200 total (£600 per person).The landlord might raise the rent slightly (around £50 per person at most) when the new lease is signed.
Utilities: I currently pay £40-50/month for electricity, gas and wifi.
👩‍🎓 About Your Future Flatmate:
My flatmate is 23, loves to cook, and is a final-year student at Edinburgh Napier University. She’s looking for another female student (for council tax exemption) but would also consider a young female professional who’s okay with covering the council tax (with a potential discount for sharing with a student). It is a council tax B area.
