Spacious room to let from 6th July 2026 in 5-bed top floor flat in central Newington, just around the corner from the Meadows.

I’m moving to start a new job and am looking for someone to replace me in our spacious, quiet city flat. We’re 5 working professionals. Students are welcome to enquire but must be willing to pay council tax.

The rent is £640/cm with a council tax bill of £48 per person. Electricity is usually around £20 per month and gas is similar, depending on the season.

The room is quiet and centrally located with excellent bus connections and multiple supermarkets within short walking distance. The vibe in the flat is friendly and quiet. All the furniture pictured is included.
