One double bedroom is available in our flat in Marchment. The flat is a good size and on two levels, with my partner and I upstairs and the available bedroom downstairs. You would have sole use of the downstairs bathroom most of the time, and then there is the shared kitchen and living room.

Bills are extra on top of the rent and should come to approximately £120 each with 3 of us sharing - this includes council tax, gas, electricity, broadband, and cleaner coming for a few hours each month (although flat kept clean and tidy!)

We're looking for someone who is both clean and considerate, and will treat our home well. We are both working - I have a small cafe in town and my partner is a GP. We're sociable, although like our own space at times too. We like to cook, both reasonably active and travel when we can.
