I'm looking for a responsible professional or mature student who is not a shift worker and who doesn't regularly work/study from home on Mondays-Fridays. Please provide details on this if enquiring about the room.

The room has a kingsize bed, desk, chair and good storage space in wardrobes and drawers.

Some features of the house include:
- Located on south side of Edinburgh, close to the Royal Infirmary and not far from University of Edinburgh King's Buildings. The postcode is EH17 7LF.
- Short walk to several major bus routes, including to the city centre. For details, you can check the Lothian Buses journey planner on their app or website. Bus times to the city centre are currently longer than usual due to temporary roadworks until October.
- Close to cycle path networks in various directions.
- Detached and in a small quiet cul-de-sac.
- Private parking on the driveway, or on-street parking in front of the house.
- Major supermarkets and convenience stores within walking distance (Aldi, Lidl, Scotmid, Morrisons). Several major gyms / fitness clubs also fairly close by.
-Shared rooms in the property include the living room, kitchen / dining area, additional downstairs toilet and a utility room (clothes washing / drying area).
