Live-in landlord. Relaxed and tidy house in quiet neighbourhood; you often wouldn't be able to tell there's anyone licking there at all it's so quiet. Live music events once a year and the odd 'house' dinner if you want, but we very much all like our own space.
Looking for someone quiet and study who can keep the common spaces clean after use.
