My husband and I have a double room with en-suite to share in our beautiful family home in Liberton. We would prefer a female flatmate but would consider a respectful male. The person would need to be comfortable sharing with us (a married couple in our 30s), our 5 month old baby (whose room is not near yours!) and two very friendly ragdoll cats.
The house is located within walking distance of Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and Edinburgh University King's Buildings, and on a bus route with easy access to the city centre and amenities.

The house itself has a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining/living area, and garden with patio.

Non smokers only please.
