My husband and I are looking to take in a lodger to share our beautiful family home in Liberton. We would prefer a female flatmate but would consider a respectful male. The person would need to be comfortable sharing with us (a married couple in our 30s), our baby (due in the spring) and two very friendly cats.
The house is located within walking distance of Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and Edinburgh University King's Buildings, and on a bus route with easy access to the city centre and amenities. There is parking available and we have an electric car charger which could be used by arrangement.

The house itself has a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining/living area, and garden with patio.

Non smokers only please.
