We are looking for a third housemate. The landlord works night shifts, so he usually leaves the house around 11 a. m. and returns after midnight, meaning you will rarely cross paths with him. As for myself, I work 4-5 days a week and recently graduated with a Master's in Software Engineering. There are three main rules we follow in the house:
1. The house is cleaned once or twice a week, without exception. This cleaning will be done on a rotating basis. No area of the house should be left dirty, just so you know from advance.
2. The terrace house is a quiet space. You’re welcome to listen to music or whatever you like during the day, but after 10 p. m., we are not looking for someone who plays loud music in their room.
3. No long-term or short-term guests are allowed. We don’t want to see guests sleeping on the living room sofa. Of course, you're welcome to have your partner over, but this should not exceed one night (two days). Of course your family members (mother and father can stay up to one week if they will come from their home town etc.)
Both of us are calm individuals, and the flat is mostly quiet and empty. If you’re seeking peace and quiet, this is the right place for you.
