Looking for a flatmate to move in a two-bed flat in Morningside ASAP.
The flat is bright and on the top floor and the living room gets a lot of sun. The room faces the garden so is quiet. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen (w/ dishwasher), 1 storage room, and 1 living room. I also have an orange fluffy cat who likes to play and cuddle.
I am a 3rd year PhD student, so ideally looking for other mature/post-grad students for council tax reasons. You also need a UK guarantor to pass agency checks. Bills not included in rent.
I tend to work 9-5 and often busy in the evenings but enjoy a chat when we are together! I do enjoy having social gatherings every so often (like dinners or movie nights), but also enjoy alone time and appreciate the freedom to have our own space if and when needed. Looking for someone that's friendly, laid-back, and clean!
