RE-POSTING as i was out of station and could not arrange viewings!
Double room available IMMEDIATELY and I am sub-letting one of my rooms in the apartment. The rent is 433 and the bills (council+energy+internet) is around 100-120 per month bringing the total to around 550. (Council tax Band C)
