a lovely double room has become available for a student to move in
(Long/Short terms stays are both accepted).

About the property:
This 2-bedroom flat is located in an high-rise building , accessible through lift. There are buses and trams that can get you to the city centre in less than 20 minutes.
My 1- year old cat lives in the living room , he is very affectionate and loves socialising with people. If you are allergic or afraid to cats please do not book this room.
Bills:
Only electricity bills are not included and will be shared. Usually £50 or less for one person during non-cold months. You can pay that either in cash or by card.
Internet (WiFi), water bills and other bills are included in the monthly rent you are paying.

Shared areas:
Bathroom, Kitchen(all white goods available and washing machine) and Living room are shared between tenants.
Also, the flat has a balcony and you are very welcome to chill out here or dry your washed clothes.
Warnings:
Smoking is permitted inside the building, but you are allowed to smoke downstairs if you have to.
