Hi all, my name is Ping and i am looking for a student who is looking for a room to stay in Edinburgh after January 2025. (Accepting short and long term stays)

This 2-bedroom flat in an high-rise building , accessible through lift. Also, It is located in EH6 area close to trams and buses that are going to the city centre.

Only electricity bills are not included and will be shared. Usually £50 for one person during non-cold months.
BT broadband, water bills and other bills are included in the monthly rent.

Students prefereable so council tax can be exempt.

Bathroom, Kitchen(all white goods available and washing machine) and Living room are shared between tenants.

The flat has a balcony and you are very welcome to chill out here or dry your washed clothes.

Smoking is permitted inside the building, hence you can only smoke downstairs if you have to.
