Hi all,
I am looking for a flatmate to move in from November 1st to June 1st (when I will be leaving).
I am currently living in this property with my flatmate (we've been living here since September 2023) who will be moving out end of October to go travelling. I am in my 4th year of uni so will be staying at the property until the end of the academic year.
The flat is in the centre of Edinburgh (a minute walk to Princess Street), but on a quieter side road. Lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and clubs nearby.
The flat has 2 beds, both double, a bathroom with a shower over bath, and a kitchen/living room (with a sofa and extra seating).
Not currently in Edinburgh so all pictures are taken from screenshots of videos but contact me and I can send you the videos & as soon as I'm back in Edinburgh I can face time to show the property better or you can come have a look in person!
Looking preferably for a female student.
