Hello! We are looking for a friendly new flatmate to join us in our 3 bed flat in Fountainbridge (EH3).

The flat is a well-kept, comfortable space with shared kitchen, living room, shower/bath room and toilet. The room is a quiet and cosy double room, fully-furnished. The flat is excellently located, just a 10 min walk from Princes Street or 5 min to Haymarket. Central University of Edinburgh campuses are a walkable distance, with direct bus routes or a 20 min cycle to King's Buildings/Royal Infirmary.

We are both 2nd year female PhD students (aged 23 and 24). However, as one of the PhD students pays council tax, we are ideally looking for a professional to share this cost (abour £80pm). Ideally, we are looking for someone who is looking to stay for at least a year to avoid further changes!

We are looking for a friendly, laid-back person who will keep spaces clean and tidy. We enjoy exploring the outdoors, going on food excursions, and cosy board game nights with friends.

There is one car registered to the flat already, but permit parking is available if needed.
