Hello! I’m looking for a professional female or NB person, mid-late 20s/ 30s to take over my room at Temple Park Crescent as I am moving out. You will be living with one other flatmate, 28F, who is working full time. Flat is located in Polwarth, right on the canal! The flat is also super cute, modern and pretty warm being on the top floor with double glazed windows. About 20 minutes walk to city centre. The room itself is very spacious with a king sized bed and an additional storage room.
🌼 Move in: 10th April
🌼 Rent: £650, not including bills (this may be lower, my flatmate is currently negotiating a lower rent)
