I have a room to let in O'Shea South, I would like to move out at the start of any of the coming months (but not March which is too soon!). The current contract ends at the end of August, you must be matriculated at the University of Edinburgh in order to rent this flat unfortunately.

The flat is a very social, relaxed mixed-gender flat of 5 postgraduate students, with a lot of natural light (many windows)! My room is the biggest and next to the 2 toilets and the kitchen (one male and one female toilet). The living room is quite spacious with oven, stove, plenty of space in cupboards, toaster, water kettle etc. There is a TV, some couches, and a dining table in the living room. There is access to washing machines, a common room (with a piano!) and student events. A cleaner comes in every friday to collect trash and clean the kitchen and bathrooms as well. The location is great and very central! At Holyrood road, you reach the train station, George square, Bristo Square, New town, Arthur's seat, and much more, with a short walk. The price is £700 per month (with all costs included) until the end of August. The price may be raised in the new academic year.
