We are looking for someone to fill a double room in our Marchmont flat as our flatmate is sadly moving for work. The room will be available 1st April, potentially slightly earlier.
Rent is £610 pm and there's a deposit of £825.
Bills are currently around £50-60 pm each but will drop in the warmer months.
We are three masters students (23-24) studying at UoE, Napier and QMU. We'd therefore be looking for a student, or young professional willing to cover the council tax (Band E)
We are a friendly and sociable flat and would appreciate someone clean and considerate of communal spaces
