I've got a double bed room located at EH16 (Newintgon / Prestonfield).

It's literally 30 seconds from the flat door to the nearest bus stop (quite helpful to make it to your 9AM lecture).

Around 25 minutes to Kings and the Central Campus

Nice garden and view at the Arthur Seat from the room.

We also have a box room which makes life slightly better if you happen to possess loads of random stuff.

You'd be living with two male students doing their masters and PhD.

I can consider shorter lets with an adjusted discounted price.
