Bright small bedroom in two bedroom Abbeyhill flat. Great location for busses and meadowbank shops. Chunky plants and great bookshelves; it’s cosy.

Kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and tub, two big storage cupboards, and the two bedrooms.

Looking for a new flatmate as mine’s got a new job that she’s moving for.

About me the other person living here, 25, guy, like books, chill, do some cheffing, unemployed atm, did a degree in economics —but people are surprised by that— I’m not very much like it. Go to the theatre, movies, walks, and the park loads when it’s warm.

Move-in date could be the 1st April, but the letting agents Southside property management would need someone to sign on before the 15th March.
