Hi,

I'm Gordon (aged 28) and one of the rooms in my three bedroom flat will be available from the 19th of November since the current occupant is relocating to London for work. I'm a writer and copyeditor. My other flatmate Jack and I are friendly and sociable.

The flat is in a quiet, leafy location just off the Meadows, with easy access to shops and bus links. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a spacious living room/kitchen and a private garden out the back (each flat has its own). You would only be sharing the bathroom with one person as my room is en-suite.
