Short let December and January. Lovely, quiet, and large bedroom in a top floor 2-bedroom flat near Cameron Tool and Kings Buildings. All bills included (gas, electricity, broadband, council tax and Netflix).
I will be away for work and I am looking to rent my room to a responsible female. The lovely flat is shared with my flatmate, who works from home. She is very quiet and respectful.
The flat comes fully furnished to a high standard and the area is a quiet residential area, well connected to the city centre by numerous buses (you can be in the centre in 20 minutes by bus or less). The bus stop is 2 minutes on foot.

The flat is larger than it appears in the pictures.
