My mate is moving out as he has graduated from his PhD, so i'm looking for someone to take over his room.

Criteria:
Must be a student who is a UK National/Resident for council tax and water subsidies reasons.
Longer term lets preferred.

Location:
The flat is located in a quite area of Morningside with a bus stop near by, from there is it 20 Mins to Princes Street and 15Mins to Kings buildings so ideal for a UoE, Napier or Herriot-Watt student.

2) We organise/pay:
Wifi - £35pcm (ultrafast)
Gas/electrics - £75-£150pcm dependent on Summer/Winter
