We are three recent Masters students from the University of Edinburgh, looking for a fourth flatmate to occupy a double bedroom and sign the contract asap (within max 5 days) to secure a flat. Rent is going to be £700 - £750 pcm (without bills). We can confirm the rental once we meet the letting agent and the landlord with you.
Ideally, we’re seeking someone who is either a recent graduate planning to stay in Edinburgh or a current Master's or PhD student.
We are a mix of international students who value cleanliness, and hygiene, and respect personal space. We're looking for someone who shares these qualities and is considerate of others’ privacy.
We’re excited to share the space with someone who enjoys cooking together, hanging out, exploring the city, and the occasional night out or travel adventure.
While we enjoy being social we also like our own space, we like to maintain a quiet, friendly atmosphere in the flat.
