I am looking for a quiet lodger (student or young professional) until the end of May 2025. I live in a modern two bedroom flat close to Cameron Toll shopping centre. There is a bus stop across the road with frequent services into town (3, 8 & 29) . Ideal for students attending university at the Kings Buildings or the Royal Infirmary.
The bedroom is a small double with private bathroom (shower over bath) off the hall. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are shared. There is also private parking and a bike shed.
Broadband is included. Gas and electricity bills will be shared. Council tax will need to be paid if not a student.
