Hi! I am looking for a flatmate (girls only!) to join me in my two-bedroom flat. This can be either long or short term, the rent is £175 per week including bills and wifi.

The flat has a spacious shared living room, a shared bathroom, and a modern kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine). The room includes a single bed, wardrobe and if required, a desk with a chair. The flat has gas heating and plastic windows. It’s located in a quiet, residential area in Ravelston, just a 10-minute walk from Craigleith Retail Park with lots of shops, including Lidl and Sainsbury's. It has great links to the city (buses number 38, 43, 47).

I am a final year student at the University of Edinburgh, doing Chemical Engineering. Since it's my final year, I am required to do lots of studying so I would prefer someone who is also focused on their studying/working. However, I would still love to be friends with my flatmate, I love board games, movie nights, and an occasional night out. I enjoy various things from extreme sports to reading a book, and I am always up for trying new things.
