Hi, I’m looking for a new tenant for my ensuite room at Pentland House, postgraduate student accommodation.
The room is spacious, bright, and features a 3/4 size bed, desk, and ample storage. It’s part of a flat shared with other postgraduate students, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. The flat has a calm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for study and relaxation.
Rent is £10,434 annually, paid in 10 installments of £1,043 from October to July. There’s no payment required in August, and if you renew the contract, you also don’t pay in September. The current lease runs until the end of August 2025.
