I have an en suite room at Arran House Student Accommodation. A room has since freed up at a friend’s flat and so I am looking for someone interested in taking over my contract which runs through the academic year until the end of August 2025. Rent for the flat is £850pcm which includes all bills/ utilities etc. although I would be willing to cover some of this if someone could move in promptly. It is a 5 bed flat and so you will be living with 4 others. It is located 2 miles from the University of Edinburgh main campus with well connected bus routes into town and a bus stop less than a minute walk from the building’s entrance.
