I’m looking to rent out a room in my flat from October for 3 or 4 months (I’m flexible on time and dates).

The room is a double room and although not en-suite, I have an en-suite bathroom so barely use the main bathroom.

The room currently has a desk in it (as I used it as an office) but the desk can be removed and replaced with a chest of drawers.

There is a double bed and built in wardrobe.

I live in the other room. I occasionally work from home (once or twice a week) but am mostly in the office. I quite often have things on in the evening but when I’m in I enjoy cooking and chilling out watching tv.

I’m looking for a responsible flat mate who is tidy and respects their environment and also has a busy work/social life.

There is lots of parking in the development and it is a ground floor flat so I have access to a private patio area.
