Hello . My name is Colette.
I’m looking for an MA ,PhD student or university worker ,for the Autumn academic semester in Sept / Oct 2019.
It is in the lovely village of Wivenhoe, probably the most popular place for students. It is a 15/20 min walk. to the university, It’s also on the bus route ,5mins. There is a cycle path .We are on the mainline station to London .
The village has a waterfront with shops ,cafes, pubs and restaurants.

It could suit a post grad student who likes the idea of a peaceful quiet stay in my home..
I could also consider a post grad or mature student that would like a Monday to Friday at a reduced rate .
Although there isn’t a shared living room there is a reading /study room.
No couples please . It doesn’t work here .
