Hey! I'm Emily, one of the current housemates along with Le, and we both study at Uni of Essex. Our third housemate is not coming to the UK to study so has decided to stay in her home country and we have a spare room!

The room has a single bed plus a desk, shelves, wardrobe and bookcase. We also have a living room, kitchen, bathroom (with a bath!!) and garden so it is a great house with lots of space for us to all share. Central heating also keeps the house nice and toasty.

The rent is £295 p/m and the bills are roughly £30-£40 more each p/m so a great deal. The house is 20 mins from the uni, 25 mins from Wivenhoe station and 5 mins from a shop, Boots, bus stop and a cracking fish & chip shop so ideal location! The walk to the uni is really nice and the quay in the town is also gorgeous with pubs and cafes.

We're not too fussy about who becomes our third housemate, any gender is fine but preferred student over 18 just to keep the student vibe of the house (i. e chill and clean)
