Lay out of the house is one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs.

Upstairs you have a bathroom and separate toilet none of the room are ensuite

There is good sized garden which you are free to use (with gardener) and drive way for 1 car and then parking on the street for any others who have a car.

You will need to provide your own plates and crockery there are a few bits left over from previous tenants but nothing that I can guarantee.

Perfect distance to the University of Colchester 20mins away there is also a direct bus. Town center is also 20 mins away. And the Tescos Local is only 5 mins away too.

We take a 5 week (£375) deposit which is the maximum that is allowed by the law - other less reputable landlords ask for even more.

The end date of tenancy agreement is 30 sept 2022 - after that time I will need to prepare it for next years students.
