Can be available early JUNE !!Depending if the existing students wish to terminate early .Can confirm this once we have a firm booking of the rooms .

The flat is 3 bedroom on quayside 15min University of Essex and 5 min to both Hythe station and Tesco .
Current household one female student from Lithuania, very quite and tidy, studying at Essex University .I have posted the current pictures as well as when empty .
