Rooms available from September 3rd onwards. In a nutshell I live at home with my dog and two cats. So I guess if you don’t like animals it wouldn’t be for you. I work in construction so am out fairly early and back fairly late. I don’t really do much in the weeks other than work so the house is fairly quiet. At weekends I generally go to the gym and walk the dog occasionally go to the pub. The rooms have a shared bathroom. One is bigger than the other I usually charge £500 for the small one and £550 for the bigger one. This covers all bills as well. 1 month rent as a deposit. Very close to the university and transport links. 5 min walk to bus stop. 20 mins to mainline wivenhoe station. Please get in touch if you are interested. Not a party house.
