I’m a lawyer in the city and only use the 2 bedroom flat for somewhere to stay 2 days a week to commute to the office. So most of the time you’ll have the flat to yourself.

You’ll have exclusive use of the bathroom.

The flat is ground floor, fully furnished with all living necessities e. g. washing machine/dryer, kitchen plates, cups, utenstils, TV, etc.

Both Debden and Loughton tube stations are within walking distance.

There is a balcony, a communal roof terrace, and a bike storage room. There is a parking spot but I’d like to retain use of this when I’m at the flat. There is on-street parking available (no permit required).
