Hi my name is Jay
I am renting a double room in my house in Loughton.
The room is fully furnished but you might want to purchase a TV if you wish to have one in the bedroom.
I am looking for someone who is easy going but will respect my property i. e helps with cleaning (or is happy to arrange a cleaner), doesn’t cause damages and respects my neighbours.
Kitchen items such as plates, cutlery, pots and pans are not included.
I have a 1 year old cat who is very friendly and pretty cute. He will not cause you trouble, just might want to sit on your lap or play!
Sorry although he is friendly, I cannot accept other pets at this stage due to potential of damages.
