I am looking to rent my small double room out.

It's free from 1st October but can be flexible.

It has a 4ft double bed in it so fairly small but it’s cute!

Would suit someone who does not work from home as I don't really have any office space.

If possible I would like to meet the person before moving in as it's my home so want to make sure we get along. My boyfriend also lives with me but he is a pilot so tends to be at the house only a few nights a week.

All bills are included (SKY TV, Broadband, council tax, water, gas, electricity). With the increase in energy bills I have had to increase the price this year but if energy bills come down I will able to reduce the price of the room.

The house is located in an amazing location, just a few minutes walk and you’re in Princesshay, Magdelen Road is opposite the house with independent shops and cafes.

There is also a gym right behind the house which is super handy (anytime fitness)

A bit about me - I am an Account Director at an advertising agency and work around the corner from the house. Sometimes I work from home but I’m mainly in the office.
