A furnished double room for rent for 3.5 (May to mid August 2020) in a lovely mid terraced house with enclosed outdoor area in Magdalen Road area of Exeter, close to city centre and main transport links. On street parking available. You will be sharing a lovely lounge, dining area and bathroom and will also have access to full kitchen facilities. Washing machine and broadband will also be available.

I am the other tenant so you will be sharing with myself (Joan) and my beautiful bengal cats. I work full time for the NHS.

I move in to the property on 1st May. Viewings unfortunately not available but I can share the property link. The double room is at the front of the property and has a lovely bay window. The house is fully centrally heated.
