We have a 4-bedroom house with a currently vacant room on Park Road. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen & 1 living room. We would like at least 2 people to take over our rooms as we are planning on moving out soon for our uni courses.

We are open to couples as long as each person covers a room (i. e. the couple do not share the price for a room). As we are uni students, this house does not pay council tax,
therefore we would prefer if anyone taking over our contracts is also a student.

It is a 20-30 min walk to Streatham campus and the city centre, and a 10 min walk to St Lukes. Bills per week would be £24.54 if there is a total of 3 people living in the house, or £16.16 if there is a total of 4. The 3 rooms available are on the 1st floor.

The interests we listed are of our current housemate as she will be remaining in the house, so this is to get to know her :)
