Hi guys! I'm looking for someone to take over my current student accommodation for the rest of this academic year from January to July.

I'm giving a reduced rent as the cost of the room was £607 a month however it is now £405 a month

It’s a single room in a 6-bedroom, 2 bathroom house shared by four girls and one boy.

Situated on Raliegh Road, the accommodation is a minute's walk to St Luke’s Campus and 25 minutes to Streatham Campus; however, there’s a bus stop nearby if you don’t fancy the walk.
The property is very close to numerous local shops, including a supermarket.

The rent would be £152 per week; however, including the reduction in rent, it would cost £102 per week. Bills aren’t included.
