Hello! I am seeking a lodger for a double room in a two bedroom flat at Exwick area starting from the 12th of November.

All bills are covered by the rent (hassle free living guaranteed.),including water, electricity, gas, council tax, fast internet (100Mbps). In the kitchen there is a washing machine, large fridge / freezer, microwave, electric cooker/oven, kettle, toaster.

House location is -20 minutes walk into the town centre.
-25 minutes From Univerity.

We prefer a profesional person or Uni student
I work hard and am looking for someone quiet clean tidy and respectful.
-No couple.
-No pets.
-No children.

note: my grandchildren visit me occasionally on weekends and my son stays with me every second weekend.
