Hi all,
I am renting my whole flat out. It is large and well maintained, with a large double bedroom, large living room and modern kitchen and bathroom. Also has a garden and large lockable storage shed, with room for bikes.
I am moving in with my partner who lives near Newton Abbot, however, I still work in Exeter and would like to keep my bedroom in the house available so that I can sleep there from time to time. No more than 2 or max 3 times a month, likely on a sunday evening - I would keep out of your way and always provide at least 24hours notice.
You would effectively be renting the whole flat, but because of this arrangement the rent is about £250 a month less than I have been quoted by estate agents.
Your room is a large double room 3.5 by 3.5metre (11.75sqr metres), it is in a two bed ground floor flat. The carpet, kitchen and bathroom are all nice and clean and about 3 years old. There is a large comfortable living room and a good sized kitchen.
The flat has a nice little back garden.
Being at the top of the hill there are beautiful views from your room and the lounge.
The bus 'A' stops 30 seconds outside the front door which goes to the city centre. It is a 15 mins walk to met office or Heavitree. 30 mins walk to Sowton. Much less by bike. The flat comes with a private lockable storage for bike and other items. There is on street parking for cars. It is in a peaceful residential area with a cornershop near by.
It is council tax band A, and EPC rating C. As a ground floor flat it is well insulated and is rarely below 16 degrees even in winter.
In your room there is currently a double bed, and futon sofabed as well as a wardrobe and chest of drawyers. I am happy to rent the place furnished or unfurnished, and we can discuss this.
I am 33 and work in the charity sector, I am respectful and would make sure we are all happy with any arrangements before signing contracts.
Any questions, please just ask.
Thanks
Harry
