Unfortunately, my father has passed away so I have to end my tenancy as I'm taking a year off to spend time with my family. Therefore my student room is available for someone to move into as soon as possible.
The student house consists of 6 other Exeter University students who are fun and relaxed. There are two large shower rooms and two toilets in the house with lots of utilities such as a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a microwave, two ovens, and a dishwasher. The kitchen, utility room and ground floor shower lead on from the kitchen and the large living room is great for entertaining.
The room itself is on the first floor and is a lovely sized room with a brand new double bed and a view of the courtyard. There is also a wardrobe, a desk, a mirror, shelves, a chest of drawers and a large radiator in the room.
The location of the house is ideal, it's ten minutes to the city centre, 2 minutes from St James Park and train station, and ten minutes from Exeter University Streathum campus.
The room can be occupied until the 11th August 2020 (this is weeks after the end of term). The total monthly utility bill is currently £46.00. The rent weekly is £151.75, as I have lived there until recently, I will pay the rent and utility bill until you take over the tenancy, then you will set up a payment method with the landlord (or letting agency) and the other occupants.
**EXETER UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ONLY**
