Hi,

I'm Daniel, 40, company director and looking for someone to live in one of my spare rooms in this beautiful house right on the quay in Exeter. All bills, wifi, etc included in the rent. I travel for business so not always around.

It’s a double room, with wardrobe etc.

The house has plenty of social space, fully equipped with washer, drier, dishwasher and a cleaner who comes every two weeks. There is also a garden and conservatory that catches the sun nicely. I am not a smoker but have no problem with people smoking in the garden or conservatory.

I’m preferably looking for a working professional or mature student, and it would be great to share the occasional meal and glass of wine. I’m a friendly sociable person and you’re welcome to have guests.
